Windows 7 has been the Microsoft latest operating system that has been floating on the consumer market. Recently users on Microsoft forum have been complaining that after installing Windows 7 there battery life has been decreased significantly and in some cases they are suggesting that replacing the battery is the only viable solution.
Threads on different forums regarding the Windows 7 battery problems have been active from quite some time and the Bloggers and techies have been discussing the problems even before the general release of the Windows.
According to the Microsoft spokesperson the company was investigating the issue in conjunction with the hardware representative which directly relates to the system firmware (BIOS).
