This camera is a rugged device that comes with mounting options that will allow the user to attach it to a helmet, goggle strap, handlebars, and other locations. The X170 Action Camera($200) can record 30 fps video in 720 x 480 solution, 5 mega still shots, a 1.5″ colour LCD screen for playback, a 170° wide angle lens, which can be rotated through 300°. It includes a waterproof 5m wireless RF remote control that can be strapped to your wrist. Storage is 32MB and the camera gets power from a pair of AA batteries. A SD card slot is built-in for memory expansion.
